Keystone Studios is a unique 850,000 sq/ft modern production facility designed for the most efficient production workflow. Keystone offers the only 17.8 acre private body of water with access to the Hudson River and the Atlantic Ocean. -
The Grand Concourse
The 62,000 sq/ft ground floor connects all stages to every support service allowing for continuous indoor access to all areas and departments. The unique, completely enclosed design, allows for year round 24 hour production, even during the most extreme weather conditions. -
Exterior Sky Backing and Special Effects Pool
Unique to the entire Eastern Seaboard, the 1,500,000 gallon FX pool measures 250’ x 150’ x 6’, supported by a 500,000 gallon water tower, and 250‘ wide by 60’ high sky backing. Just like the pool at Paramount in LA, the Keystone pool doubles as additional parking. -
Creative Working Spaces with Hospitality
With two balcony pavilions, each creative space allows for semi private meetings in an outdoor setting with a spectacular view of Manhattan. Both levels have access to location production offices and pavilions are camera ready with all services for principal photography. -
Executive Production Suites and Stages
Attached to each stage are executive production suites and support offices at the stage floor for departments. With a combination of stage features of pools and pits, stages 1 to 7 can connect via 55’ wide doors to create one of the largest stages on the east coast. -

A full service turn-key production solution under one roof with sign shop, mill, wardrobe, property, FX, 3D scanning, 3D printing, metal fab, CNC, staff shop, camera, lighting, commissary, catering, 24hr studio stores, data center, and much more, all centrally located.
